Who is selling to you

Poker Exploit is the software, and the sale is made by AB9, that is, by us. We charge the VAT owed in your own country ourselves, remit it under the non-Union OSS scheme (France, number being issued), and issue your invoice.

The payment itself is taken by PayPal, which sees your payment details and never passes them to us. PayPal is not the seller: your purchase contract is with AB9, and these conditions are the ones that apply to it. Everything about the software itself (what it does, what it may not do, what your licence permits) is in the terms of use.

Poker Exploit is published by AB9, registered in Colombia: RUT 700.564.921-8, matrícula mercantil 04145954 at the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá (CCB). The registered address is Calle 82bis #90-39, Bogotá, Colombia, and the contact address below reaches the same person.

What you are buying

A licence to use the application on your own machines, two at a time, for as long as your subscription is active. Not a copy you own for ever, and not a service we run for you: the software runs on your computer, against a database on your disk.

The paid tiers unlock features rather than storage or volume. Nothing you have already imported is ever locked away by a subscription ending: your hands are in a file you own, and every screen that reads them without a paid feature keeps working.

Prices are shown on the site before you buy, VAT of your own country included: the price you see is the price you pay. AB9 remits that VAT, and your invoice shows the rate and the country it was worked out from.

Trying it first

You can ask for 30 days of the highest tier, every module, without a card: an address, one click in the application. The days are counted from the day you ask for them. One trial per person and per machine.

A free tier continues afterwards, permanently, and it is a real tracker rather than a demonstration.

How a subscription renews and how it ends

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly as you chose. You are emailed before a yearly renewal, in time to stop it.

You can cancel at any time, from your account page or from the link on any invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have paid for, and you keep the paid features until it runs out.

We do not require a reason, a phone call, or a conversation. If cancelling ever takes more than two clicks, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.

Refunds

30 days, from the day you are charged, for any reason or none. Write to the address below and AB9 returns the payment in full, VAT included, to the means of payment you used.

This is offered rather than owed: software you have downloaded and begun using is one of the cases where the usual right of withdrawal can be waived, and many sellers ask you to waive it. We do not, because a 30-day trial comes before every purchase, so somebody asking for their money back afterwards has been let down, and arguing about it would cost more than the subscription is worth.

A renewal you did not mean to pay for is refunded on the same terms, whenever you notice it.

What we do not promise

Nothing about your results. This software measures and explains; it does not make anybody a winning player, and any statement that reads like a promise about money is a mistake in our writing rather than an undertaking.

Poker rooms change their formats without notice, and a room may at any time change its rules about tracking software. We fix formats as fast as we can. They are files rather than code, so a fix reaches you without a new version, but we cannot guarantee that any particular room's hands will import on any particular day.
