Conditions of sale

What you are buying, from whom, and how to stop. Written to be read before you pay rather than after.
Who is selling to you
Poker Exploit is the software. The sale itself is made by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges the tax owed in your own country, remits it there, and issues your invoice.
That means your purchase contract for the payment is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms apply to it. Everything about the software itself - what it does, what it may not do, what your licence permits - is between you and us, in the terms of use.
The company behind Poker Exploit is being formed. Until that is done and named here, you are dealing with an individual developer, and the address for both is the contact below.
What you are buying
A licence to use the application on your own machines, for as long as your subscription is active. Not a copy you own for ever, and not a service we run for you: the software runs on your computer, against a database on your disk.
The paid tiers unlock features rather than storage or volume. Nothing you have already imported is ever locked away by a subscription ending - your hands are in a file you own, and every screen that reads them without a paid feature keeps working.
Prices are shown on the site before you buy, in the currency Paddle bills you in. Tax is added at checkout at the rate of your own country.
Trying it first
A fresh installation gives you fourteen days of the highest tier, without a card and without an account. It starts when you first import successfully, so the clock does not run while you are still finding your hand histories.
A free tier continues afterwards, permanently, and it is a real tracker rather than a demonstration.
How a subscription renews and how it ends
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly as you chose. Paddle emails you before a yearly renewal.
You can cancel at any time, from your account page or from the link in any Paddle invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have paid for, and you keep the paid features until it runs out.
We do not require a reason, a phone call, or a conversation. If cancelling ever takes more than two clicks, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
Refunds
Fourteen days, from the day you are charged, for any reason or none. Write to the address below or ask Paddle directly, and the payment is returned in full.
This is offered rather than owed: software you have downloaded and begun using is one of the cases where the usual right of withdrawal can be waived, and many sellers ask you to waive it. We do not, because a fourteen-day trial comes before every purchase - so somebody asking for their money back afterwards has been let down, and arguing about it would cost more than the subscription is worth.
A renewal you did not mean to pay for is refunded on the same terms, whenever you notice it.
What we do not promise
Nothing about your results. This software measures and explains; it does not make anybody a winning player, and any statement that reads like a promise about money is a mistake in our writing rather than an undertaking.
Poker rooms change their formats without notice, and a room may at any time change its rules about tracking software. We fix formats as fast as we can - they are files rather than code, so a fix reaches you without a new version - but we cannot guarantee that any particular room's hands will import on any particular day.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@poker-exploit.com. A person reads it.
If you are in the European Union and we cannot settle it between us, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
