The beta, and what it does not promise

During the closed beta the software is free and is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It is unfinished by definition: it may contain errors, it may lose time, and a feature that works today may change. If that is not a trade you want to make, wait for the paid release.

The beta ends on a date carried by your key. The application warns you five days before, and when it ends nothing is taken away: your imported hands stay where they are, and importing, results and the replayer keep working. Only the paid screens close.

Your licence

A key is issued to one person and is not transferable. It is signed and carries the name it was issued to, which is what stops one key being passed around under another name. Sharing a key, publishing it, or claiming an invitation on somebody else's behalf ends it.

You may install the software on the machines you personally use.

Your poker room's rules are yours to follow

Every poker room has its own terms about which software may run alongside its client, and those terms bind you, not us. It is your responsibility to check what your room allows before using this or any other tool.

We build with that in mind rather than against it. The software refuses to give strategic advice about a hand still in progress, the HUD never shows a recommended action, and rooms whose terms we read as incompatible — the GGPoker network, WPT Global, Unibet, Bodog and Ignition — are excluded outright, with a safe mode that suspends importing and the HUD if one of their clients is detected. None of that makes us responsible for your account.

No promise about results

This is a study tool. Nothing in it is a prediction, a guarantee of profit, or financial advice, and no arrangement of numbers on a screen can make a losing player a winning one on its own.

What we may do

We may end a licence that is shared or published, and we may withdraw an invitation. We may change the software during the beta. If we end a licence for any reason other than abuse, we will say why.

Who you are dealing with

Poker Exploit is run by an individual, pending registration of a company in Colombia. This section will be replaced by the company's details once that registration exists, and anybody holding a licence will be told when it is. Until then, the contact address on this site reaches a person rather than a department.

Changes

These terms may change. The date above changes with them, and any change that affects what you may do with the software is announced to licence holders rather than left to be discovered.
